Whatever your career background, if you have the desire to become a driving instructor All Seasons Driving School have the expertise and experience in helping you get the most out of a new rewarding career. To date we have helped a wide variety of different people from many different career backgrounds to become qualified driving instructors.

If you're thinking of becoming a driving instructor, you may be pleased to know that you don’t need any formal qualifications. However, there are a few basics to take into consideration before you apply.

  • You will need to have a full UK or European Union/European Economic Area unrestricted car driving licence
  • After qualifying, you must have held your licence for at least four of the six years prior to entering the Register
  • You must not have been disqualified from driving at any time in the four years prior to entering the Register
  • You need to be a 'fit and proper' person, in the opinion of the DSA.
  • Previous motoring or non-motoring convictions will be taken into account when you're assessed for inclusion on the Register. You'll also need to have an enhanced level Criminal Record Bureau (CRB) check. If you're not sure whether a conviction you have may affect your eligibility to become a driving instructor, you can contact us for advice at info@driveallseasons.co.uk
